P15M shabu ‘left’ in fast food outlet

ABOUT three kilograms of suspected ‘shabu’ contained in a blue backpack bag was discovered by a security guard purportedly left in one of the tables of McDonald’s branch in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City (Metro Manila) on Sunday afternoon. Senior Supt. Nicolas Salvador, officer-in-charge of Muntinlupa City police, said the confiscated ‘shabu’ has a street value of more than P15 million. Salvador added that closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera captured the courier of the illicit item, but police are still waiting a copy of the footage from the fast food outlet.
