P200-M shabu seized in Pampanga


Police operatives recovered ten kilos of shabu worth P200 million in an abandoned car along the Manila North Road Highway, Barangay San Vicente, Apalit, Pampanga on Thursday afternoon.

Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) director Chief Supt. Aaron Aquino said around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, joint operatives of the San Fernando City Police Station and Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Branch recovered 10 large packs of shabu weighing 10 kilograms and amounting to approximately P200 million in the trunk of an abandoned Nissan LEC sedan (TLX 665).

It was learned that the Pampanga Police Provincial Office received reports from an informant, a certain Raymond Dominguez, convicted car thief and an inmate now serving sentence at the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) in Muntinlupa City (Metro Manila).

In a confession, he revealed to police authorities that the recovered 10 kilos of shabu came from a certain Wang Cuo Cuai a.k.a. Ryan Ong, a Chinese, who is also an inmate at the NBP.
