• P200,000 offered for arrest of baby’s rape-slay suspect

THE city government of San Juan on Monday increased the bounty for the arrest of the suspect in the killing of an 11-month-old infant. Mayor Guia Gomez said the reward is now P200, 000 after a “concerned citizen” who requested anonymity pledged to donate some P100,000 for the immediate arrest of the suspect identified as Arnel “Digoy’ Tumbali. The city offered P100,000 last week.
