COTABATO CITY: The provincial government of Maguindanao has offered P250,000 per head as a reward to anyone who can give information leading to the arrest of the six inmates who bolted the Maguindanao Provincial Jail (MPJ) at Pedro Colina Hill before dawn on Thursday.
Governor Esmael Toto Mangudadatu offered the bounty after learning from MPJ officials that an inmate was killed as six others escaped from detention.
