P2P bus riders to get discounts

To lure more passengers, the government has offered fare discounts and unlimited rides during weekends for its point-to-point (P2P) express and double-decker bus service that has been plying along Epifanio de lots Santos Avenue (EDSA).

Cabinet Secretary and traffic czar Jose Rene Almendras said this is one way of encouraging commuters to patronize P2P, which aims to provide alternative mode of transportation and ease traffic along EDSA.
