The Department of Agriculture (DA) has turned over P56-million Rice Processing Center (RPC1) building to the San Antonio Farmers Irrigators Multi-Purpose Coopera tive (SAFIMCO) in Buhi, Camarines Sur.
Engr. Abelardo Bragas, DA-Bicol executive director, turned over the building to SAFIMCO officers led by its chairman Loreto Cenita.
