BAGUIO CITY: About P62 million worth of fully-grown marijuana plants were uprooted and burned by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in a four-day eradication operation at Mount Chumanchil, Tinglayan town in Kalinga.
PDEA-Cordillera director Juvenal Azurin said some 310,000 fully-grown marijuana plants in various plantation sites of four hectares went to ashes in Barangay Loccolang.
