REAL ESTATE developer PA Alvarez Properties and Development Corp., along with Japan-based Hankyu Realty Co. Ltd., broke ground on Saturday on the first phase of an 11-hectare master-planned community in Dasmarinas, Cavite.

The project, called Idesia, will offer 900 residential units comprised of three types of modern Asian-inspired houses—the two-story Gaia model, or a single detached unit with a 63 square meter (sqm) floor area and a 100 sqm lot area; the Talia model, a two-story single attached unit with 52.25-sqm floor area and 80-sqm lot area; and the Aria model, a townhouse unit with 42-sqm floor area on a 60-sqm lot.
