The Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG has further expanded its reach to members in the Visayas region with the opening of a new branch in Molo, Iloilo City. “Our Iloilo branch used to serve the whole of Panay Island. With the increased membership base in the island and transactions with the Fund, we expanded our presence in the district of Molo to bring Pag-IBIG Fund’s programs closer to our members. We also have branches in Aklan and Capiz,” expressed Pag-IBIG President and CEO Darlene Marie Berberabe. The Molo branch will cater to members located in the districts of Molo and Arevalo, Iloilo City proper, Southern Iloilo, Aleosan and as well as the provinces of Antique and Guimaras, according to Pag-IBIG. The new branch is expected to serve around 89,000 members and more than 2,000 employers. The Pag-IBIG Molo branch is located at the 2nd floor, GT Plaza Mall, M.H. del Pilar Street, Molo, Iloilo City, near the Plaza Molo and the historic Molo Church. At present, Pag-IBIG has 17 branches in the Visayas region, a significant growth from the five branches in the region in 2010.
