TWO low pressure areas were spotted outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration Pagasa) said.
One was spotted 675 kilometers (km) west of Basco, Batanes while the other was located east of Mindanao as of 9 a.m.
