FLAG carrier Philippine Airlines has unveiled a flight upgrade scheme that would allow passengers to bid for an upgrade from Economy to Business Class.
Dubbed as “myPAL Upgrade,” the service innovation program, which was launched recently in partnership with technology service provider Plusgrade, invites eligible passengers via e-mail to submit their upgrade bids up to 36 hours prior to their flight departure.
