Malacañang has approved the contract for the Metro Manila Skyway (MMS) Stage 3 Project which will connect the Southern Luzon Expressway (SLEX) to the Northern Luzon Expressway (NLEX), the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) said on Friday.
The DOTC said the project will be fully funded by the Citra Central Expressway Corporation at an estimated cost of P 26.5 billion and will be overseen by the department and the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).
