Malacañang on Sunday assured that the government is ready to assist Filipino workers in Thailand if the violence in the Thai capital Bangkok escalates.
In a radio interview, Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. said there are guidelines in place for the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
