Malacañang on Monday justified the presence of President Benigno Aquino 3rd in a shopping mall in Quezon City that was robbed on Sunday evening.
Reports earlier said that Aquino and Interior Secretary Manuel Roxas 2nd "immediately" went to SM City North Edsa after members of the notorious criminal gang tried to rob a jewelry store.
