Malacañang on Friday said that it has no authority to decide if Janet Lim-Napoles need to be transferred to a regular jail.
Speaking to reporters, Presidential Communciations Secretary Herminio Coloma said only the court, which has jurisdiction over Napoles, can decide on her fate.
