Malacanang has suspended Monday classes in all levels in Metro Manila and several provinces in Luzon due to typhoon “Luis.”

Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigal Valte said that Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr., upon the recommendation of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), issued the order to suspend classes in all levels, public and private.
