The MT Glenn Australia, which is being held from leaving the port of Batangas by the Philippine Coast Guard pending payment of the damage got beached in Busuanga on August 23 because of bad weather. In an interview with PCSD information officer Alex Marcaida, he confirmed that the underwater assessment conducted by marine experts from the Western Philippines University has helped them in the computation of the fine.
