Palawan and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Saturday.
In its 5 a.m. update, PAGASA said this can be attributed to the intertropical convergence zone still affecting Mindanao.
PAGASA added that Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds coming from the southwest to south will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the south to southwest will prevail over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas. PNA
