A 65-year-old retiree from Pangasinan has bagged the P30.3-million jackpot prize in Grand Lotto 6/55 Draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
PCSO General Manager and lawyer Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd said the winner got the winning combination from his previous officemate.
