Beauty pageants in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija province have become hazardous for contestants, as another beauty has filed separate rape complaints on March 7 against Pantabangan Mayor Romeo Borja and his son, Vice Mayor Romeo Borja Jr. before the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Vice Mayor Romeo Borja Jr. already had two rape complaints filed against him at the DOJ, one of them also by a pageant winner in the town, and another by a former maid in their household. He allegedly impregnated and has an illegitimate child with both.
