PUBLIC Attorney’s Office chief lawyer Persida Rueda-Acosta on Wednesday expressed support for the revival of the death penalty being championed by incoming President Rodrigo Duterte.
Acosta said that in the past, she was against the killing of criminals, but stressed that she is now changing her stand on the death penalty as she boldly declared that she will support it if imposed properly and justly.
