THE cities of Parañaque and Haeundae-gu of Busan, South Korea are poised to establish a sisterhood pact to boost and strengthen economic and cultural relationship.
Delegates from Busan are expected to arrive in Manila on Sept. 3 to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) scheduled on Sept. 4.
