• Parks scoreless in first outing with Mavericks

Former National University Bulldog Bobby Ray Parks ended his first foray with the Dallas Mavericks in the National Basketball Association (NBA) Summer League as his squad fell against the New Orleans Pelicans, 90-86, at the Cox Pavillion in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The two-time University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) most valuable player had a subtle performance in the match with only a foul, a turnover and no field goal attempt.

Parks played a total of three minutes and 19 seconds all in the second half during his debut match in the NBA circuit.
