The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday an Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is now affecting Mindanao.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Eastern Visayas, CARAGA and Davao Region.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.
The country’s weather bureau reported that as of 4 a.m. today, the eye of typhoon “In-Fa” remains outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). It was spotted some 2000 kilometers east of Visayas with maximum sustained winds of 150kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185kph.
It was forecasted to move west northwest at 20 kph.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, according to PAGASA, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas. PNA
