Parts of Samar and Northern Samar still on power outage due to storm 'Amang'

Parts of Samar and Northern Samar remain without electricity due to the damage caused by tropical storm "Amang," according to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Monday.

Based on NGCP’s 5 p.m. Monday update, the Northern Samar towns which are still disconnected to the grid are Catubig, Gamay, Lao-ang, Pambulan, Palapag, Las Navas, Bobon, Catarman, Mondragon, San Roque, Rosario, San Jose, Lope de Vega, Allen, Victoria, San Isidro and Lavezares which suffered brownouts since Saturday.
