A lone bettor who bought a lotto ticket in Pasay City (Metro Manila) won the P68.9-million jackpot prize in Sunday night’s 6/49 Super Lotto draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan said the winner got the combination of 04-21-26-40-42-18 using a lucky pick (computer generated).
