Pasay pusher nabbed in Mandaluyong

A big-time pusher was arrested by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) during a buy-bust operation inside a shopping mall in Mandaluyong City this week. PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo Cacdac      Jr. identified the suspect as Fernando Ibanez, alias Andy, 52 years old, a driver and resident of Block 25, Lot 6, Don         Carlos Revilla, Pasay City. A drug transaction between        Ibanez and a PDEA undercover agent posing as a buyer was hatched at a Pares restaurant inside a shopping mall in Mandaluyong City, to facilitate the sale of 100 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, contained inside a plastic bag.
