PCSO: ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFIED

AS PCSO adhered to the Executive Order 605, the organization achieved its ISO Certification, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certfication by third-party auditor TUV Rheinland Philippines on March 30, 2016 for the conduct and management of the Online Lottery Draws and processing of Prize Claims amounting to P5,000.00 and above. This shows that, PCSO’s online lottery draw procedure is world class and at par with other gaming institutions worldwide.

Apart from the core processes of the Gaming Technology, Accounting and Budget and Treasury Department, the ISO standards are also applied to support processes provided by the Agency’s various departments which include the Legal, Human Resources, Asset and Supply Management, General Services, Information and Technology, Corporate Planning and Data Security Division.
