MAKATI CITY: The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) headed by General Manager Alexander Balutan together with the representatives of the PCSO Racing Committee signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Metro Manila Turf Club, Inc. on December 1 at the Manila Golf Country Club in Makati City for the holding of the Presidential Gold Cup, sponsoring the major prize of P3 million.
The Presidential Gold Cup is an annual major horseracing event in the country in honor of the President of the Philippines. This year is the 45th Presidential Gold Cup and held in Malvar, Tanauan, Batangas on December 10.
