STARTING next week, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) will hold office in Mandaluyong City.
PCSO General Manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd said their transfer will give way to the rehabilitation and renovation plans of Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
The PICC management is set to renovate the center in line with the 2015 Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit to be held there.
The executive offices will relocate to Sun Plaza, Shaw Blvd. on May 12, and the legal department, internal audit services department and the charity sector on May 19.
The administration sector, the human resources department and general services department will be transferred on May 26, and the public relations and advertising divisions on June 2.
The gaming and management services sector, the charity clinic, the assets and supply management department, the accounting and budget department, the corporate and strategic planning department, and the creative and sales divisions will be transferred on June 9.
The treasury department, the information technology services department, and the sales and marketing division will move on June 16.
The branch operations sector, the National Capital Region department, the Northern and Central Luzon department, the Southern Tagalog and Bicol Region departments, the Visayas department, the Mindanao department, the gaming technology department, the product and standards development division, the product research and development division, the training division, the data center division, the draw division and the draw court will relocate on June 23.
Rojas added that the charity assistance department, which accepts and processes requests for patient assistance, the PCSO’s core service, will remain at its present location at the Radiotherapy Building of the Lung Center of the Philippines.
