• PCSO, STL AACs unite behind charity programs


    The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Offi­ce (PCSO) held a Coordinative Meeting with partner Small Town Lottery Autho­rized Agent Corporations (STL AACs) on July 10 at the 4th Floor, Sun Plaza Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

    Chairman Corpuz and General Manager Alexander Balutan warmly welcomed the STL AACs to the meeting talking about the core product of PCSO, which is providing stable charity programs to the Filipino people.

    GM Balutan gladly disclosed before the partner corporations present in the activity that almost 25 percent of the total Retail Receipts of PCSO from January to May of this year came from the STL AACs.

    He also mentioned other positive figures that PCSO attained since the STL Expansion was officially launched in January 2017. Likewise, he emphasized that STL AAC contributions are not only for generating revenue but most importantly used for the implementation of the health and charity projects of the agency.

    On the other hand, Chairman Corpuz discussed matters on how the agency and the partner STL AACs can continue fulfilling its commitment to the public, one of which is giving assistance to more Filipinos who are in immediate need of medical attention, especially in far-flung areas.

    The Chairman also reassured partner AACs that President Rodrigo Roa Duterte fully supports STL which is the only legal numbers game in the country.
