• PDEA vows to crack down high-value target

THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) has vowed to step up its campaign to pursue high-value targets through high-impact operations nationwide. “We are just continuing what we have started. These targeted drug personalities had already been identified, and their arrests would only be a matter of time,” said PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo Cacdac Jr. He said that all the resources of the agency are geared toward the neutralization of high-value targets involved in illegal drug activities that include priority targets, local drug group leaders and members, government officials and employees, law enforcers, foreign nationals, celebrities and other well-known personalities, and members of heavily armed drug groups.
