Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista underscores the need to speed up the construction of the city’s new jail facility to address the concern of overcrowding at the Quezon City Jail during a meeting with members of  Quezon City Peace and Order Council and Technical Working Group in Bulwagang Amoranto on Monday. Judge Celiyn E. Burgos-Villabert (at the mayor’s left) reported that around 60 percent of prisoners were drug-related offenders.
