Petron Corp. on Tuesday adjusted prices of its fuel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products.
In a text advisory, Petron said it will increase prices of diesel and kerosene by 50 centavos per liter and gasoline by 1 0 centavos per liter.
Also in a text advisory on Monday evening, Shell said it will raise prices of kerosene and diesel by 50 centavos per liter and gasoline by 10 centavos per liter.
Petron cut prices of its LPG products by P2.20 per kilogram, or a decrease of P24.20 in price for an 11-kilogram tank of Gasul or Fiesta Gas.
It slashed prices of AutoLPG by P1.23 per liter.
Based on data of the Department of Energy, as of March 25, the average price of diesel was P44.25 per liter while common price of gasoline was P52.95 per liter.
Also as of the same date, AutoLPG prices ranged from P32.90 to P38.80 per liter.
