A STUDENT from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) won a gold medal at the recently concluded 10th Asean Skills Competition in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) reported Friday.

Joshua Mina ruled the Mechanical Engineering Design-CAD category after amassing the highest score in the trade area and securing the gold for the country.
