MANILA on Friday joined the international community in condemning North Korea’s test launch of its most powerful nuclear warhead yet, saying it was a clear violation of United Nations Security Council resolutions.
The nuke launch “further raises tensions and seriously undermines regional peace and stability in the Korean Peninsula,” the Department of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
