PHILIPPINE Independence is "facing a lot of danger," Vice President Maria Leonor Robredo said on Tuesday to mark its 120th anniversary of liberation from Spanish colonizers.
Robredo said that the while the country survived two more colonizers -- Americans and the Japanese -- World War 2 and Martial law, the fight to preserve freedom was not yet over.
