A top official of the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) said that the governments of the Philippines, Israel and Russia will hold air talks in November this year for seat entitlements.
“The next air service talk is in Israel on November 4 to 5,” said Jesus Ibay, officer-in-charge of the CAB Planning and Research division. CAB also said that the country will have air service talks with Russia in November or December.
