A top official of the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) said that the governments of the Philippines, Israel and Russia will hold air talks in November this year for seat entitlements.
“The next air service talk is in Israel on November 4 to 5,” said Jesus Ibay, officer-in-charge of the CAB Planning and Research division. CAB also said that the country will have air service talks with Russia in November or December.
“We [Philippine government] initiated the talks, [air service talks],” said lawyer Wyrlou Samodio, head of legal division of CAB. The Philippines has no local carriers that flies to both Israel and Russia.
The Philippine recently concluded successful air negotiations with the governments of Macau and Brazil.
