ILOILO CITY: The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPOST) Area 6 has revived the production of post cards every Valentine’s month and made waves with its 10,000 love-themed post cards this February.
PHLPOST area director for Western Visayas Fabiolita P. Ferraris said that they revived the project within her area of coverage after PHLPOST stopped producing its own cards.
