Davao-based independent oil player Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. (PNX) said on Monday its board of directors has approved the sale of two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The company is selling Chelsea Shipping Corp. (CSC) and Phoenix Petroterminals and Industrial Park, Corp. (PPIPC), to the Udenna Group, its parent and majority stockholder.
