PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino 3rd has appointed 13 new judges to 10 provinces of Northern Luzon.
In a one-page transmittal letter to Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno dated Feb 14, 2014 but was received by the high tribunal on Feb 20, 2014, Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa Jr. said Aquino assigned the judges in the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Isabela, Cagayan, Quirino, Ifugao, Batanes, Kalinga and Aurora.
