PNP condemns policemen’s abduction


THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday condemned the abduction on Sunday of three policemen by armed men believed to be members of the New People’s Army (NPA) in a remote village in Bukidnon. The policemen were identified as Senior Police Officer 4 Rene Rombo, SPO1 Warren Hansol Conales and Police Officer 3 Edwin Panis Castor who were snatched along Sayre Highway, Capitan Bayong, Impasug-ong, Bukidnon. The PNP also asked the public to provide the police with relevant and timely information regarding suspicious activities or the presence of communist terrorists in their respective areas.
