PNP INVOLVES STAKEHOLDERS IN PEACE, SECURITY PROGRAMS

ZAMBOANGA CITY: The Western Mindanao Regional Police Office conducted its first Regional Advisory Council meeting in Zamboanga City in an effort to involve stakeholders in the formulation of peace and security programs. Chief Supt. Juanito Vaño Jr, the regional police director, presided over the meeting attended by representatives from various sectors. “The meeting has attuned stakeholders on the Philippine National Police [PNP] Strategic Focus on CODE-P: 2013 and Beyond, the PNP blueprint towards the realization of P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan, an acronym for Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and upholding of the Rule of Law,” said Chief Insp. Ariel Huesca, the regional police spokesman.
