ASIDE from constructing new railway systems and rehabilitation of existing ones, the tandem of Senators Grace Poe and Francis Escudero will resolve the traffic problem by bringing back the roads to vehicles and the sidewalks to pedestrians.
Escudero said a Poe administration will remove all kinds of obstructions on roads and sidewalks.
