ZAMBOANGA CITY: Police arrested two gunmen who allegedly shot and wounded a civilian in Pagadian City in Zamboanga del Sur province in southern Philippines, officials said.
Officials said the two men – German Sahibo, 25, and Abdulbasit Caril, 46, - were implicated in the shooting of the 30-year old Asgar Alhamid, a native of Cotabato City.
