Senior Supt. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, director of the PNP-ACG, said the raid resulted in the rescue of four minors aged 7, 9, 11, and a one-year old boy, and the arrest of their mother

who turned them into online porn models.

Eleazar said the raiders were led by Senior Insp. Natalio Sanque in coordination with the Calabanga Municipal Social Welfare Development Office, Calabanga Municipal Police Station, Camarines Sur Provincial Police Office, and the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.

The PNP-ACG chief said that the raid was carried out by their operatives on the strength of a search warrant for violation of the Child Pornography Act issued by Judge Soliman Santos of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 of Naga City.

Eleazar said that the woman is now facing charges for violation of R.A 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act and violation of RA 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act and RA 10364 or the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Person Act.

“Her children were turned over to the custody of the Calabanga Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office,” Eleazar said.

The Anti-Cybercrime Group chief said that the PNP-ACG launched the operation after receiving a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) Cyber Tripline regarding the presence of a syndicate involved in the manufacture and distribution of child pornographic materials in Camarines Sur and other parts of the Bicol Region.

He said that a team from the Regional Anti-Cybercrime Office-5 (RACO-5) and the Women and Children Protection Section (WCPS) of the PNP-ACG conducted a joint thorough investigation into the complaint.

Eleazar said that the investigation lead to the identification of the suspect following months of physical surveillance, online search and online engagement.

The police official said that during investigation the female adult suspect was found to be using the account name of m.mercedez71 in her yahoo messenger account. The suspect was also using the chat room “asiancamsex.com’ and ‘momsflirt29’ to attract clients mostly from Australia, Europe, United States and other parts of Asia.
