A Camp Crame based police officer and his civilian companion were arrested late Monday afternoon after they were accused of abusing and threatening a teenage girl in Bacoor City, Cavite province, police reports said on Wednesday.
Reports at the PNP national operations center in Camp Crame identified the arrested police officer as PO3 Jonathan Secreto, 40 and detailed with the Police Security and Protection Group (PSPG) and his companion, Gerardo Baylon, 43.
