POLICE arrested an elderly man accused of child abuse late Thursday afternoon inside his home in a sub-urban village in Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte province, police reports said on Friday.
Reports reaching the Philippine National Police (PNP) national operations center in Camp Crame identified the arrested suspect as Reynaldo Dagani, 79-yrs old, married and a resident of Purok-5, Barangay Tolosa of the said city.
