THE National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO) on Friday said that it will maintain its full alert status that was raised on Wednesday for the 30th anniversary celebration of the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution.

“We are maintaining the full alert status of our forces until election day, May 9, 2016,” NCRPO chief Joel Pagdilao said.  “This is meant to ensure that no bad elements will be able to slip through especially during the campaign and election period,” he added.
