POLICE have recovered on Tuesday afternoon boxes of explosive ingredients left by unidentified persons near a store in a remote village in Rosario, Agusan del Sur, police reports said on Thursday.
Reports at the Philippine National Police operations center in Camp Crame said that two boxes of ingredients for explosives were discovered near a store owned by a certain Jeraldine Gamayon, at Purok-6, Bayugan-3, Rosario of said province.
